distybox 300/5000 The distybox 300 is a cordless phone plug for universal usage when operating analogue terminals on GAP/DECT systems. It is usable to connect analogue telephones, fax machines, entrance intercoms or modems cordless to a DECT base station. The distybox 300 with integrated aerial has a standard DECT range of 50/300 m. With distybox 5000 a distance of up to 9 km can be bridged when using disty software with implemented runtime compensation and external aerials. The distybox 300/5000 can be used on single cell DECT base stations which are compliant to GAP standard. The distybox 300/5000 can be used on GAP compliant DECT multicell systems. The distybox 300/5000 works like a DECT handset without keyboard and display, but offers a line interface to connect any analogue appliance. On singlecell DECT systems the distybox 300/5000 works like an additional handset in multilink mode, offering features like CLIP transmission and internal calls.
