Shona Symptom Questionnaire (SSQ 14) q The SSQ 14 is a standard screening tool used to detect depression and anxiety symptoms in clients in the past 7 days q From 1 st January 2014 to 30 th Nov 2016, 4063 clients were administered the SSQ 14. q During the same period 730 clients came back for review and completed the same SSQ 14. q 633 [86%] clients showed improvement in their SSQ 14 score, indicating an improvement secondary to interventions

WHO (BREF) Quality of Life Survey q The QOL Survey measures the perception of one’s own physical, social, psychological, and environmental health. q From 1 st January 2015 to 30 th Nov 2016, 3236 clients were administered with the QOL Survey. q During the same period 388 clients came back for review and completed the same QOL Survey. OUTCOME IN OVERALL PERCEPTION OF QOL AND HEALTH v 132 [34%] clients improved in perception of quality of their life. 137 remained the same and 119 deteriorated. v 4 [1%] clients improved in perception of quality of their health. 380 remained the same and 4 deteriorated.

WHO (BREF) Quality of Life Survey OUTCOME IN DOMAINS OF QOL v 188 [48%] clients improved in their perception of quality of their physical health. 57 remained the same and 143 deteriorated. v 196 [50%] clients improved in the perception of quality of psychological health. 59 remained the same and 133 deteriorated. v 170 [44%] clients improved in the perception of quality of their social relationships. 82 remained the same and 136 deteriorated. v 176 [45%] clients improved in the perception of the quality of their environment. 73 remained the same and 139 deteriorated.
