Display Ratios • The Student Union displays have ratios of 16: 9 • Most computer displays have ratios of 4: 3 • This often distorts graphics when they are changed to the correct ratio

Step 1 • First, click on ‘Design’ at the top of the screen Click the 3 rd option from the left

Step 2 • Next, click ‘Page Setup’

Step 3 • Click on the dropdown menu labeled ‘Slides Sized For’ • Select ‘On-screen Show (16: 9)’ It should be the second option down

Step 4 • Now add your text and pictures – Be aware of how much text is being put on your slide – Less is more!

Step 5 • All submissions must be made on CISync using the Student Union Digital Signage Request Form. • Only Power Point slides saved as a JPEG or a JPEG file will be accepted.
