Discrimination? Discrimination occurs particularly when a person and/or a group of people make negative decisions, comments and judgements regarding another person based on that person or group of people’s difference to themselves (Merriam. Webster, 2017).

Fighting Discrimination Ways to fight discrimination remain mostly through encouraging positive experiences be it through role models in society, eating different cultural foods, reading literature, listening to music and/or looking at Art that is outside one’s own culture. As well, understanding the rules, religion and cultural norm differences of other groups.

Fighting Discrimination Cont’d… Travelling helps too. Education helps and living with people who are different helps. Being humble and understanding that no group of people on earth have all of the answers. And being charitable to humanity is helpful too.
