KRA OVER-ALL OBJECTIVES Faith and Spirituality DOPPSA shall ensure that all personnel (administrators, teachers and non-teaching staff) and students live out the DOPPSA vision, mission and core values. Quality and Excellence DOPPSA shall ensure that all personnel possess knowledge, skills and attitudes required of their professions and roles. On the other hand, DOPPSA shall ensure that all students receive the best educational service from the member-schools. Leadership and Governance DOPPSA shall provide concienticized leadership and governance in all member schools Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation DOPPSA shall provide establish partnership with all stakeholders (parents and alumni), business, industry partners and other institutions that support the DOPPSA programs and activities Linkages DOPPSA shall implement practices involving efficient and effective management of financial and material resources

BASIC EDUCATION KRA ACTIVITIES: TRANSITION ROADMAP FOR KTO 12 IMPLEMENTATION OF RCC-WBLS Faith and Spirituality Review and implement the benchmarks for RCC – WBLS aligned to Kto 12 Quality and Excellence Continuous formation of teachers through trainings, seminars and workshop on RCC- WBLS – Ub. D Standardization of Early Childhood Education Program Leadership and Governance Provide comprehensive faculty development program in preparation for Kto 12 Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation Conduct studies on the financial implications of establishing Senior High School Linkages Benchmarking with schools’ using RCC- WBLS best practices. Linkage with industry partners in preparation for Kto 12 Updates on Kto 12 from Dep. Ed and CHED

STUDENT AFFAIRS KRA ACTIVITIES: YOUTH FELLOWSHIP SPORTS FEST Faith and Spirituality The activities integrate the core values of DOPPSA Quality and Excellence There is an assurance that the holistic development and enhancement of God given talents/skills of students are addressed Leadership and Governance Provide qualified resource persons/experts to run the activities Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation The budgets for the activities must be able to address the needs of the activities Linkages and Development Extend partnership with the alumni, parents and organizations is made to support the activities Link with Committee on Integral Evangelization

INTEGRAL EVANGELIZATION KRA ACTIVITY: FORMATION OF ADMINISTRATORS, PERSONNEL AND STUDENTS IN THE LIGHT OF NEW EVANGELIZATION Faith and Spirituality Emphasis of formation programs is diocesan spirituality Quality and Excellence The teachers and personnel witness the diocesan spirituality in their interaction with the students and other stakeholders. Leadership and Governance The administrators practice servant-leadership. Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation Provision for funding by individual schools for the formation program Linkages and Development Link with MAPSA Integral Evangelization System for the Framework for diocesan spirituality

KRA LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE ACTIVITY: REVIEW AND REVISION OF FACULTY MANUAL AND ADMINISTRATION MANUAL Leadership and Governance The committee members are capable of reviewing and revision of the manuals Faith and Spirituality The Manuals are to set clear directions for Catholic administrators and personnel, integrating diocesan spirituality and culture of parochial schools Quality and Excellence The Manuals are instruments to provide efficient and effective performance of administrators, faculty, and nonteaching personnel Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation The Manuals explicitly include the policies and procedures on maximizing outputs at minimum cost Linkages and Development Other references such as Labor Laws, Education Laws, and comments from other experts are considered. The contents of the Manuals are disseminated to member schools

FINANCE KRA ACTIVITIES: DEVELOPMENT OF ACCOUNTING MANUAL COMPUTERIZATION OF ACCOUNTING SYSTEM Faith and Spirituality The manual ensures that the users practice accountability and transparency Quality and Excellence The services rendered are fast, efficient, and effective. Policies are implemented. A regular audit is conducted. Inventory and warehousing are in place. Leadership and Governance A seminar on ACCOUNTING FOR NON-ACCOUNTANTS is given to the school directors and middle administrators Assign qualified finance officers and accounting staff. Networking/ Linkages Benchmark with schools and organizations that have computerized accounting system Resource Mobilization and Fund Generation Assist the directors on fund generation
