What is DSF? University Printing Services has launched a Digital Store. Front (DSF), a new online print system for students, faculty, staff and even community customers to upload files for printing and order nonprinted items such as university stationery products and paper. Reasons To Use DSF? To place an order and store print requests. To see the printed price as you are building the job. To receive an email confirmation to know that your order was received. To receive an email when your job is completed and ready for pickup or delivery. To have your order printed and shipped via UPS or USPS all in one easy application. DSF Single Sign-On Capability Union’s Faculty, Staff and Students may log -in to DSF using your university credentials: username and current password. Username: jdoe@uu. edu Excellence-driven | Christ-centered | People-focused | Future-Directed

DSF Training Step 1: Open a new browser, and go to uu. edu/print or go to Unions’s DSF website: https: //unionunive rsity. myprintdesk. net/dsf Step 2: Click Login in upper right hand corner. Excellence-driven | Christ-centered | People-focused | Future-Directed

DSF Training Step 3: Select Single Sign-On Button. (Single Sign-On capability is for Union Students, Faculty and Staff only). Registration is required for community users and for UU personnel requesting personal printing. You now have access to Digital Store. Front to begin placing Excellence-driven | Christ-centered | People-focused | Future-Directed orders.

DSF Training Step 4: Choose a Category below. Step 5: Select Buy Now on the product you wish to create. Step 6: Select Add Files. Choose Upload Files to electronically upload a file. Select Saved Files to add a file saved within DSF. Select Other for a hard copy file. Step 7: Enter a Job Name Excellence-driven | Christ-centered | People-focused | Future-Directed

DSF Training Step 8: Enter a Quantity. Note: Pages are calculated when files are uploaded. Step 9: Click on Paper and a popup will appear with your choices. Follow the same process to select B/W or Color Print along with Single or Double Sided. Scroll down on the left to select any and all options you need. Step 10: Review the total price. DSF Training Step 11: Please select your Due Date. Note: rush jobs may incur a fee. Here you can alter your Quantity, view your Quote, and Continue Shopping to add more Products.
