Signs and kiosks would be installed by the vendor. Digital Information Signs • Primary Purpose – provide information to customers on estimated real-time arrival of buses • Secondary Purpose – provide information that enhances public transit travel Time/Date Text notifications Video entertainment Trip planning Video conferencing Trip scheduling Wi-Fi Other 5

Scope of Work “Turn-key” Solution The Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (d/b/a LYNX) is seeking to install digital information signs and fare payment kiosks at bus transfer stops for public transit customers. Signs and kiosks would be installed by the vendor. Fare Payment Kiosks • Primary Purpose – accept credit and debit cards as payment and issue fixed route fare media compatible with Genfare • Secondary Purpose – allow customers to purchase fare media for other regional transportation partners with compatible equipment 6

Scope of Work “Turn-key” Solution The Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority (d/b/a LYNX) is seeking to install digital information signs and fare payment kiosks at bus transfer stops for public transit customers. Signs and kiosks would be installed by the vendor. Management Systems • Information Signs – content manager to upload and manage the content on signs, view information displayed on signs • Fare Payment Kiosks – configuration of media and fares, management and financial reporting for reconciliation, vendor provide merchant services 7

Accessibility Information signage and fare payment kiosks shall be accessible to individuals with disabilities.

Accessibility Information signage and fare payment kiosks shall be accessible to individuals with disabilities. The vendor shall identify how the information signs and fare payment kiosks comply with or exceed the guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act for accessibility. 8
