Human Capital � The definition of human capital is the skills, knowledge and experience possessed by an individual or population, viewed in terms of their values or cost to an organisation or country

Correlation Between Divide And Social Capital � The term digital divide describes a gap between those who have ready access to information and communication technology and the skills to make use of those technology and those who don’t have access tor skills to use those same technologies within a geographic area, society or community, which is the social capital.
