DIGITAL ACCESS • Digital Access: people must know that when it comes to technology people aren’t equal. Digital exclusion makes it difficult for society to grow. Providing and expand access to technology should be goal of all users. Users have limited access, so other resources may need to be provided. To become productive user, you must ensure everyone has digital access.

DIGITAL COMMERCE • Digital Commerce: this is the buying of goods(wants/needs) electronically, basically a transaction. users need to understand that a large share of market economy is being done electronically. legal exchanges are happening, but the people involved in the transaction need to be aware of the issues associated with T’s &C’s of legal exchange. An equal amount of goods and services which are in conflict with the laws or morals of some countries are surfacing. Users need to learn about how to be effective consumers in a new digital economy.

DIGITAL LITERACY • Digital Communication: electronic exchange of information. Communication has changed and developed over the history of mankind (e. g. , e-mail, cellular phones, instant messaging). The expanding digital communication options have changed everything , people are able to communicate with anyone they want. Everyone has the opportunity to communicate with anyone from anywhere and at anytime. Unfortunately, many users have not been taught how to act appropriate when communicating.

DIGITAL ETIQUETTE • Digital Etiquette: electronic standards of conduct or procedure. This is one problem many users face in the new technological world today. We can easily identify when someone is inappropriate , but when people begin to use technology they do not learn digital etiquette(i. e. , appropriate conduct). Many people feel weird , unsafe and uncomfortable when talking to people who don’t know about digital etiquette. Often rules and regulations are created or the technology is simply banned to stop inappropriate use. Rules or banishment isn’t enough in the world of society and people need to know digital etiquette.

DIGITAL LAW • Digital Law: electronic responsibility for actions and deeds Digital law deals with the ethics of technology. Unethical uses is know as digital crime. Ethical use is important in society and they are rewarded. Stealing or causing damage to other people’s work, identity, or property online is a crime. There are certain rules of society that users need to be aware in order to obtain a ethical society. These rules apply to all users. Hacking into others information, downloading illegal music, plagiarizing, creating destructive worms, viruses or creating Trojan Horses, sending spam, or stealing anyone’s identify or property is unethical.
