PILOT ZONE CONSTRUCTION SCALE 首发区建设内容 Construction Scale 1. 主要建筑物:办公楼及酒店; 招商保税及东非控股仓库、侯 楼、消防楼。 1. Office Building, Hotel, Warehouse and the other auxiliary service. 2. 其他建构筑物:一期范围围网、道路、闸口大门、场前停车场以及场地开关 站、发电站和泵房。 2. Infrastructure, Phase I Fence, Roads, Gatehouse, Parking Area, Power Station and Pumping Station. 3. 建设 期:主大门、道路、仓库等建设内容 2017年 10月完成;办公楼主体 和酒店将于2017年年底完成。 3. TARIFF Land 1. Short-term Rent The rent fee is 18 USD/m 2/year; The rent fee will be adjusted every three years. 1. Long-term Rent The fee of 30 years rent is 250 USD/m 2; The minimum leased land area is 10000 m 2 with self-built warehouse; The minimum leased land area is 30000 m 2 without self-built warehouse. Warehouse The rent fee is 78 USD/m 2/year; The warehouse is for short-term lease only; IDIPO provides standard 1800 m 2 warehouse and 36 m 2 office. Property Management Fee The property management fee is 2 USD/m 2/year; IDIPO reserves the right to adjust the property management fee. Water Supply Charge Water supply charge is 3. 5 USD/ton; Electricity Supply Charge Electricity supply charge is 0. 3 USD/kw. IDIPO will cooperate with Djibouti government departments to lower the water & electricity supply charge.
