Write a section in your lesson plans and use initials to demonstrate what accommodations were provided that day. EX: Copy of notes today for AT, EL, and JR. 2. 3. Right shorthand on their work and make copies of samples. So, if I gave extra time to Jerry today, I wrote ET and circled it on the top of his page and made a copy to keep with the date.
