Accessing Bizagi requires Citrix NDC access. New NDC employees must first request Citrix access; once they receive their Citrix NDC logon they can then submit the Bizagi User Logon Request-NDC form found on Sharepoint. In conjunction with Bizagi access being set up your Citrix NDC view will be updated to show 2 new icons: Bizagi and Bizagi Sharepoint. TRAVELPORT CONFIDENTIAL

Accessing Bizagi continued User: same as your NDC Citrix username Domain - select: domain Old Password – input the default password: Bizagi 2017 New Password - input your own unique password New Password Confirmation – input your unique password Secret Question – input a question to be used to unlock your logon when needed Secret Answer – input the answer to your question Response to successful update of your password: TRAVELPORT CONFIDENTIAL

Accessing Bizagi continued • If your password has become locked send an email to: bizagi@travelport. com. • Provide your Bizagi logon; request your logon to be unlocked and a new temporary password assigned. • Bizagi Admin will unlock your logon and advise a new temporary password • You will then use this temporary password (input as Old Password) to reset to a unique password per the process outlined in Slide 5. Starting the Bizagi order ØOn the initial screen you would first select the Agency Country Code ØClick to add checkmark indicating this is an NDC request ØAfter making your Requested Service Change selection the screen will show that API Builder is being bypassed.
