Mr MW • 60 year old, Welder • Type 1 diabetes for 35 years, lifelong smoker • Amputation of second toe • Failure of healing of amputation site for over two years • One of the first patients reviewed in 2012 when MDFT at Wexham set up
Mr MW A multidisciplinary team approach achieved healing in two months!
