Sustainability • Provided almost all functionalities envisaged for services being delivered through e-District. • It has been made mandatory that the services will be delivered through this system only. • Frequent interactions are carried out with respective departments of Haryana. Suggestions provided by them are duly incorporated from time to time. • In-house application maintenance/enhancements with very less turn around time and that too at almost negligible cost. • Nominal services charges have been levied for various services to made it self sustainable. • A dedicated team of NIC officers is in place on permanent basis for providing continual support. • System is capable of coping with increased volume of transactions. • Sufficient infrastructure has been provisioned to cope with future computing power and storage requirements.
