Homeland Security Act of 2002 — “All standards activities of the Department shall be conducted in accordance with section 12(d) of the National Technology Transfer Advancement Act of 1995 (15 U. S. Initial Step for Standards Access § The DHS Standards Program, in conjunction with the DHS Library, has entered into a pilot agreement with IHS Marketplace § granting access to their system for all DHS employees and contractors in the National Capital Region (NCR). § IHS Engineering Workbench is an online system utilized to research, analyze, and organize standards and specifications, as well as related documents. § DHS Standards will work to expand access to those in other areas of the U.
