This is the drive that was soft. Undercut 18 -24”s. Geo grid added for stability. Then stoned and compacted. Drainage was added due to continual water flow from south end of parking lot. C. O # 006 $18, 406. 99
Underground plumbing is underway and should be completed by 9/28. This is typical, with the addition of the acid waste tanks for the science classrooms. Upon plumbing completion this area will be prepped for concrete slab placement.
DLC. Chase for 2 nd floor drains to main. Clinic bathroom before block, and after. Interior drain rough-in plumbing is mostly complete, as well.
Drainage and site work has ramped up in order to complete certain areas in advance of the paving process on “Fall Break. ” Getting the drainage issues corredted are essential to a lasting product. It will all look great upon completion, but it needs to perform for years.
