Limited policy coordination. No private company is located Pan Arab. This is detrimental especially in the content , where the language and culture is common and can make a big difference. Note the satellite channels. Most of the revenues goes to international companies from domain name registration to hosting to advertisements to transactions.
What we may do? • Do nothing differently? Continue what we are doing more or less. Stagnation>>Tsunami is coming. Advise: Ride the wave. • Develop our national capabilities. • Look at our assets and get a regional integration.
