Beginning the Process • Read – tons of literature out there – Classroom Connect, ISTE, Microsoft, etc – Evaluate and choose a plan to follow (Apple) • Select Your Committee – HS Principal, K-8 Principal, HS Teacher, MS Teacher, Elementary Teacher, Technology Coordinator, Computer Teacher(s), Techie, Parent, Distance Learning Coordinator, Librarian, a student – Optimum 7, but 9 will work
