Budget (10 Points) • Budget completed correctly • Reasonable expenses • Adequate fiscal management Total = 100 points
Pre-Contract Negotiation Process • Major emphasis placed on contract exhibits: • Exhibit A – Statement of Work/Scope of Services • Exhibit B – Performance Objectives • Exhibit C – Program Budget • Group workshops and one-onone pre-contract meetings are held with subrecipients on all exhibits specifically Exhibit B
Exhibit B - Performance Objectives The Logic Model • Goals – proposed solutions to problems • Inputs – resources dedicated or consumed by program • Activities – what the program does with the inputs to fulfill its mission • Outputs – direct products of program and activities • Outcomes – benefits that result from the program
Outcome Evaluation Outcome – An assessment of the extent to which the program achieved its desired or intended effects. How well did the program achieve its intended impact?
