Identify Goals If selling a product, focus on why product is best for this audience If presenting a study, give the results rather than a history of the study
Analyze the Content Keep one concept per slide Highlight important aspects Do not present full page of text Limit line size to five to seven words Do not clutter; use empty space effectively
Establish Format and Use It Be consistent with color and attributes Use bold and italics sparingly Use no more than 2 font types and styles Remember: K. I. S (Keep it simple) C. C. C. (Clutter Creates Confusion)
