Design your day The Process • During a team meeting, a debate about ‘should men always have to plan for a date? ’ occurred. Everymen in the team agreed on the hardness of date course designing. Eureka!
Design your day Need • ‘What am I going to eat for lunch/dinner’ is a big question everybody asks daily. • ‘Where’ is a big question, but also ‘what then? ’/sequence of activities are important.
Design your day Defining the Problem • Yes, currently there are many information’s about restaurants, places to play and etc. • No, currently there is no service that integrates these databases into sequences. • There are many people who feel pressure for making date courses, or even have hard time deciding what to do for their spare time. • We, deliver easy time-design for our customers.

They are the most likely to use our, to spread it around their entourage and to participate to the developement of the database. • This segment can be considered as the early adopters segment which « leads » the others to follow them.

Design your day Business Model • Benchmarking: Google Ads Google only fees their ads when user clicks the ad. Every user has a pin number and ‘places’ have a QR Code. When Customers picture the QR code, the data is sent to the servers, giving the customers incentives such as coupons instantly. This also is counted and later on included in the fee the ‘places’ have to pay to Easylife.
