The visualization concept system of government public opinion monitoring analysis includes four levels: mechanism level, model level, application level and support level. Taking the monitoring information as the information classification object, the single index driving force structural model is selected as the visual data structure expression model. Set the public opinion analysis index to the total amount of public opinion, the driving force of public opinion, the growth rate of public opinion, and the percentage. Through mathematical formulas, the total amount of public opinion and the driving force index are decomposed into the driving force, growth rate and percentage of the slave nodes according to the dimensions. Text Driven by the rapid and innovative development of modern information technology represented by big data technology, cloud computing technology, and data mining technology, the efficiency and quality of information interaction have undergone a qualitative change. The emergence of big data technology has brought a more efficient and reliable tool for complex data analysis and processing, and realized the transformation of the basis of data analysis from partial samples to overall data. Different from traditional statistical dose models, data analysis based on big data technology provides a new type of data model as well as processing method, which focuses on unstructured data while analyzing and processing structured data, and adopts a special dimensionality reduction analysis mode for data through data mining technology to reduce its scale while retaining data characteristics, thereby significantly improving the efficiency level of data analysis and processing. However, most of the above-mentioned big data analysis and processing technologies use abstract models as the result output form, which will lead to greater difficulties in result recognition and application. In order to solve this problem, the visual analysis theory was proposed. This paper focuses on the development trend of public opinion information management, introduces the visual cognitive theory model into the government public opinion information service, and starts with the visualization of public opinion monitoring and analysis as the core of public opinion information management, striving to thoroughly think and study the visualization of government public opinion monitoring and analysis as a whole, and achieve breakthroughs in related research in the field of government public opinion monitoring and analysis visualization. Conclusion With the development of computer technology and we media, the collection and accumulation of public opinion data resources, in-depth mining, visualization and other application processes have become the main way of public opinion information management. Focusing on the specific needs of public opinion information analysis and aiming at the characteristics of government public opinion service, the design of public opinion monitoring and analysis visualization system can provide a more comprehensive and intuitive public opinion analysis visualization tool, which is the development trend of government public opinion service in the future. In this paper, on the basis of clarifying the relevant theoretical content, combined with the public opinion application requirements, the overall design of the public opinion monitoring and analysis visualization system is completed, which fully embodies the advantages of the visualization system, and also makes theoretical and practical preparations for the government public opinion information service to move towards the comprehensive visualization of public opinion service.
