Challenge: • You represent a town planning team in charge of designing the layout

Challenge: • You represent a town planning team in charge of designing the layout of a new shopping centre • The nearest city has a population of 100, 000 people but you are within an hour’s drive of a further 200, 000 people • You need to plan the shopping centre in or out of town, taking into account transport links, space and cost of parking, eating outlets, access for deliveries, impact on nearby roads or homes • Every decision you make as a small group must be justified.
