3 Important Rules 1. 2. 3. If an accident happens, tell your teacher right away. Follow all directions carefully. If you do not understand something, ask BEFORE you do anything. Never do an experiment without first checking with your teacher.
Glassware 1. Never heat chipped or cracked glassware 2. Make sure glassware is clean before you use it. 3. Make sure you properly clean used glassware before you put it away 4. “Back of the Hand” test

Goggles • Goggles belong over eyes, not on forehead 3. When working on a lab that requires goggles, leave yours on until your group and other groups around you have finished and cleaned up.
