Springer Deposit Model 9/2/2021 | 15 More • Deposit Account access carries no institutional archival rights. • While individual users may save the pdf files to their local drive, the library may not archive any of the content. • Every COUNTER-compliant download is charged against the account, even if the same article or chapter was downloaded by the same user in another user session or any other user in the organization. • In the event the Deposit Account is depleted and not renewed, access is turned off.
