ED through the Alternative Learning System Division , implements two major programs namely : § Basic Literacy Program § Accreditation and Equivalency Program [Elem. & HS] • BPOSA - Secondary Level only offered by selected Secondary public schools • e. Skwela - Elem. and Secondary ICT- enhanced / e-learning program for Elem. & secondary school leavers.
