Automated SPS Clearance Workflow • Pre-Clearance – Registration of importers and list of importables with respective agency BAI, BPI and BFAR • SPS Clearance – Online preparation and submission of SPS application with attached support documents, (thru Inter. Commerce Web. CWS) – Automated receipt of application, validation and payment of fees – Online processing – Review, Endorsement and Approval – Remote printing of approved SPS Clearance • Post Clearance – Transmission to BOC-NSW and online access to SPS Agency at country of origin – Quarantine Officers online access to SPS Clearance data prior to actual arrival, and input of findings upon examination
