DELEGATIONS: Ø The Unit Sport Promotion and Development is the responsible unit for administration of transfer payments component liaises with sport federations in this respect. Ø The Transfer Payment committee makes recommendations to the HOD/MEC for approval of transfers based on the needs of the Province. The committee is made up of all responsibility managers as well as senior representatives from Finance and Monitoring and Evaluation.
