DECA Mission Statement The mission of DECA, Inc. , is to enhance the co-curricular education of students with interests in marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. DECA helps students develop career skills and competence, build self-esteem, experience leadership, and practice community service. DECA is committed to the advocacy of marketing education and the growth of business/education partnerships.

DECA Activities n Leadership Summit – Three leaders from each chapter are invited – Created by Delaware DECA – Will outline DECA state goals for the year – Educates members on leadership
