To conclude, a person can be an effective manager but an ineffective leader but will still be able to achieve organizational goals. However, organizations which are managed and under-led do not perform to the benchmark. Leadership accompanied by management sets a new direction and makes efficient use of resources to achieve goals. Both leadership and management are essential for individual as well as organizational goals.
