SOLICITATION – SECTION C – DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORK See Attachment 1 – PWS Contract Manpower Reporting Application (CMRA) is used to support the development and build of the annual Inventory of Contracted Services (ICS) required to be submitted by each Defense Agency, Field Activity, and other organizations of the Department. Specifically, CMRA provides critical information pertaining to the level of support provided by private sector vendors in support of the Department. Per the PWS of your contract, you shall report all Contractor labor hours (including Sub-Contractor labor hours) required for performance of services. Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each DLA Energy fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. 11

(1) Receiving (both product and additives); (2) Blending; (3) Sampling; (4) Testing; (5) Storage and handling; (6) Loading and shipping; (7) Calibration program for testing and measuring equipment in accordance with ISO 10012 -1 13

FAR 52. 217 -8 Option to Extend Services Government has unilateral right to extend contract on month by month basis but no more than 6 months. If wages to be paid or fringe benefits to be furnished any service employees employed by the Government Prime Contractor or any subcontractor under the contract are provided for in a collective bargaining agreement which is or will be effective during any period in which the contract is being performed, the Government Prime Contractor shall report such fact to the Contracting Officer, together with full information as to the application and accrual of such wages and fringe benefits, including any prospective increases, to service employees engaged in work on the contract, and a copy of the collective bargaining agreement. FAR 52. 228 -5 Insurance – Work on a Government Installation Requires insurance coverage and proof of insurance prior to performance.
