Paramilitary Force – Process Detailing We have launched the process under Corporate Business for Paramilitary Personnel across India. Under this offer any Paramilitary Personnel can purchase a Dish TV connection at a special price only available to them.
Key Points Jai Jawan leads will generate through a direct system like Missed call number / Web Link. The same will be shared with all Defence and Paramilitary authorities that they will further internally circulate. The prospect Jawans will use one of the above options to show their interest in the offer. Basis the input from the Jawan, the lead would flow to the prospective desk. The PD agent would out call and Confirm the lead. Once the lead is confirmed the same will flow to the CRM basis pin code for fulfilment. The Landing page should seek the following information from the Jawan Name /Address/City/Pin code /Contact number / Service card number / Aadhar card number Please note these are box offer like earlier and customer is free to choose any pack. Important Points 1) In case customer do not have the Service ID, agent can ask for the Employee canteen card to enter in web CRM. It is mandate that the details given by the customer (Service ID/Canteen card) should match when servicer come for the Installation, else the connection will not be installed. 2) Jai Jawan customers can avail max up to 3 connections with one service card. 3) If customer is inquiring about the Jai Jawan offers, agent will give the required information on call. 4) As per existing process, Jai Jawan customer will get discount on NCF per child/multi tv connection.
Mandatory Documents during Jai Jawaan Offer Installation Canteen Card / Service I-Card is mandatory during Installation against Jai Jawaan Offer. When Technician will visit customer premises for installation, He need to verify one of the above documents and match it with Customer details showing in Technician Ap against Installation request. Snap of one of these document need to be uploaded as Proof of Identity during E-CAF Filling. Service ID (Unique Identifier) which is available on Service I-Card or Canteen card need to be entered by Technician in App during E-CAF filling. System will match service id entered by Technician with service id provided by customer during Installation booking, In case of mismatch, further flow will be restricted. Jai Jawaan Offer installations are booked with INS REQUEST-COIP(PARAMILITARY) call category.
