Deep Groove ball bearing having oscillating movement Bearing

Deep Groove ball bearing having oscillating movement Bearing housing Cylindrical Roller bearing 0. 16 to 0. 22 mm Ball bearing 0. 075 to 0. 14 mm Thrust Bearing face plate Thrust Bearing locking spacer Circlip Thrust bearing outer clearance 0. 70 mm The thrust bearing outer runner rubbing with bearing housing Ø The cylindrical roller bearing has higher internal clearance then ball bearing this clearance difference forces to move the ball bearing along with rotor shaft Ø Clearance between Bearing housing and the Ball bearing outer runner 0. 70 mm this clearance allows ball bearing to move with in the cylindrical bearing radial clearance

Motor Drive End Thrust Bearing Arrangement Proposal Bearing housing Ball bearing Thrust Bearing face plate Thrust Bearing locking spacer Circlip Thrust bearing outer clearance 0. 70 mm Spherical Bearing 0. 22 to 0. 29 mm Thrust Bearing locking spacer Circlip Adopter Sleeve Spherical Roller Bearing – Proposal Ball Bearing – Present Ø Spherical roller bearing is suitable for both radial and axial loads. Ø Adding load carrying capacity to the fixed bearing Ø Internal clearances of the spherical bearing is more then cylindrical roller bearing so the spherical roller bearing will not going to share any radial load
