BOARD Over half the Board members changed in the last 2 years with resulting

BOARD Over half the Board members changed in the last 2 years with resulting big changes in committees. A heavy workload throughout the year with; • coach education very active; • two Championship Regattas and the Coupe in Ireland; • Two crews making it to tenth place in the Olympics and Sinead Jennings winning silver in LW 1 x • in-house work on a new strategic plan; • extensive and imaginative work by an ad hoc group from the Umpires and DE committees in preparation for the Rule change EGM in January

The purpose is to present the real picture of the ACTUAL numbers of people involved in running our clubs. The only membership figures we can show are competitor registrations.
