Conditions of Approval Proposed Condition: A minimum 6 -foot tall wall or fence where appropriate shall be constructed between the winery and all adjacent properties. The wall shall be constructed out of stone, masonry, vinyl, composite or a transparent predator resistant fencing material. Planted hedgerows would also be permitted. Wood and chain link are not permitted.

Conditions of Approval Proposed Condition: A common area landscaping plan shall be submitted, reviewed and approved by the Washoe County Planning and Building Division prior to issuance of building permits. One tree every 20 linear feet of property frontage will not be required and the grape vines will meet the minimum requirements for landscaping in the required front, side and rear yard setbacks along common areas.
Conditions of Approval Planning and Building Condition I. Outdoor storage of machinery or tools used for agricultural purposes is prohibited and must be store inside Tractor for working property. Parked under sheltered loading dock area. Proposed Condition: Agricultural machinery and tools shall be screened from adjacent properties when not in use.
