Definition of compassion • To help others with the sympathy feeling. • sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.

Who did I help? • • My friend when her grandfather passed away. She was so sad that she kept on crying for days She wasn’t able to finish her school homework and tasks They had only 1 house made to help around with the food and the cleaning.

How did I helped her? • I told her about my story when my grandfather passed away and how I felt. • I went vising her daily to make her feel better and I reminded her that I’m always there for her. • I helped her with her homework and tasks. • When I was at her home I helped her mum and sisters with everything they needed.

Do I prefer a “normal day” or “compassion day” • I’m more of a compassion person. I love helping people and being so supportive. I have lots of feelings towards these people who needs help. Because who knows ? One day I could be wearing their shoes.
