The Carnivorious My favorite book from him was “The Carnivorous Carnival ” which is the Unfortunate Series. I love this book because it has a lot of twist and turns to it. This book is about the Bauldilaire orphans working at a carnival. It is more like a freak show. While working at the freak show they had to disguise them selves to be freaks. Violet and Klaus decided to be conjoined twins and Sunny was a wolf baby because she as sharp teeth. She just put a beard to get the harry affect. They wanted to work at the freak show becasuse they overheard the Count Olaf saying that one of the Buadilaire parent is still alive. The orphan met three other “freaks” when they worked there Collete, kevin and( other name). Collete could bend her body different positions, Kevin could write with both hands, and (other name) had a hunched back. This book is about their journey on finding out if their parents are still alive.
Why I like David Handler I like his books because he always leaves a cliff hanger. Also he tells the story in a way that you can connect with the characters. Another reason is that he always teaches you knew words and what they mean. Like in the book he told his readers what the word carnivorous.
