Mental Models The Key to the Successful Implementation of FRMS is to change the “Mental Model” on Fatigue ●Mental models begin with long held personal beliefs , we define as a value or primary belief ●Primary Beliefs are vital to us = Life/Operational Experience (“Data” + cultural and personal) we structure our assumptions based on these meanings ●The challenge, with FRMS is to changing our primary (conclusion + beliefs = values ) Mental Models, BLOCK Intellectual Beliefs
