Release 2. 0 Ø Integration is complete! Ø Working interfaces (from our end) to WP 1, WP 3 and WP 5. Ø First successful integrated test was running yesterday. Ø Remaining issues: Ø Ø Not all functionality of the replica manager has been tested yet. Test and fix remaining bugs. Security can be enabled BUT currently we need to keep the insecure channel open for the WP 1 c++ interface. Services can run in both modes simultaneously. Conclusion From WP 2’s point of view R 2. 0 is a TREMENDOUS improvement in terms of Ø Ø professionality (build, test, support structures) Ø middleware technology (web services) Ø security Ø fail safety Ø ease of use I have seen it work.
