Data Harvesting The Data Harvesting concept means that the software used in Deposition Files structure solution outputs details of the method used and the Deposition files are written in mm. CIF Harvesting results in CCP 4 obtained. The resulting deposition files are collected From CCP 4 4. 0 onwards, project and dataset information in MTZ files will be used to write out deposition (“harvest”) files after program runs. The CCP 4 programs SCALA, TRUNCATE, MLPHARE, REFMAC and RESTRAIN are currently able to do this. Projects and Datasets MTZ headers now contain information on “Project name” and “Dataset name”. Each column of data has an extra attribute specifying the dataset it belongs to. Dataset information should ideally be added at the start e. g. in MOSFLM, but it is possible to add at any time, e. g. using CAD. format. The file contains information on when and how it was created, plus a summary of results e. g. figures of merit. At deposition time Deposition files are written in mm. CIF format. The file contains information on when and how it was created, plus a summary of results e. g. figures of merit. Harvesting in CCP 4 i The CCP 4 graphical interface ccp 4 i already has a “project” based philosophy and allows harvesting to be controlled easily.
