Dashboards in Recruiter
Recruiter provides customizable dashboards that can provide the user with their own unique set of data. Note: In order to configure charts within your dashboard you will first need to create them and the Advanced Finds with which you want them to be associated. The next slide covers basic chart creation.
To create a chart: • • Navigate to Prospects and select the Charts tab across the top ribbon Select New Chart, which will open a new window Select the type of Chart you want to see Choose the entity from which you want to pull your data Choose your x-axis Name your Chart Select Save & Close
At the very top of your screen select the Dashboards tab To create your personal dashboard: Select New
The following window will open. As you click through the options you will see what each individual layout offers. Once you have chosen your layout, select Create.
The following window will open. Name your dashboard Select Save
Select a section by clicking within it to add a component and customize. Select the component you would like to add by selecting it from the top of the screen.
Charts: Select the Record Type, which is the Entity. Typically this will be the Contact Entity. Select the View with which the chart should be associated. This is an Advanced Find Select the Chart you want to associate with the View. Select OK
List: Select the Record Type, which is the Entity. Typically this will be the Contact Entity. Select the View with which the chart should be associated. This is an Advanced Find Select OK
IFRAME: This will allow you to pull in a website and could be used for your social media, your institution RSS feeds, etc. Enter the URL Enter the Label name Leave the checkboxes both checked. Select OK
When you are done configuring your dashboard, select Save & Close.
You can now select your Dashboard from the dropdown list. You can set the dashboard as your default. You can also share the dashboard by selecting it from the dropdown list and then choosing the “Share Dashboard” option from the ribbon.
