Mahon College of Engineering, Computer Science, and Technology California State University, Los Angeles • Project Background There is an increasing amount of services designed to help track and manage type 2 diabetes. • These tools summarize and display complex information in a way where a user can identify blood glucose readings, goals, food consumption, and patient behavior. • Aim of this project is to provide a mobile application dashboard that will help a patient with type 2 diabetes maximize glycemic control. Objectives • Develop a mobile application dashboard using the Android Studio Integrated Development Environment and MATLAB to display crucial diabetic data with the aid of predictive algorithms. • Make UI simple to read. In order to allow a greater amount of people with type 2 diabetes the ability to use and navigate through a mobile app. Deliverables • Mobile Application on android platform with functions such as glycemic bound graphs, food history, exercise history, medication, and Medtronic’s links.
