Theory (School Work Helper) Early adult transition (0 -22) - first life choices made on his own Entering the adult world (22 -28) - values, family, career Age 30 transition (28 -33) - progressive changes or stressful crisis’ Settling down (33 -40) - discover role in society, progress with family and career, responsible adults with demanding roles Mid-life transition (40 -45) - contemplate life path, time of crisis in the meaning, direction, and value of each person's life, neglected parts of the self (talents, desires, aspirations) seek expression. Entering middle adulthood (45 -50) - choices must be made, a new life structure formed. person must commit to new tasks
