What is CRM ? q Customer relationship management (CRM) is a software that manage relationship between the customer and clients. In other words , The objective of CRM software is to build a trust in customers about the company and maintain a healthy long-term relationship. q The another job of CRM software is to scrutinize the employee’s performance and give guidance to him about the rules and regulations of company. So that he/she will handle the customers more effectively. With this, performance of the company will automatically boost. q The primary motive of CRM software to provide suitable services to the clients and maximize the satisfaction level among the customers. Master Forms of CRM
Product /Categories Master This Form is used to add distinct variety of products. Electronic products : For instance : mobile, laptop, computer, tablet etc.
Emp/Reference Master This form is used to enter enquiry source. The enquiry can be from employee , website, magazine, exhibition or company. For example : India. Mart. com.
Party/Dealer Master This form is used to create parties which are generated as leads in enquiry form.
Country Master This Form is used to create country. For instance : India, South India, Canada etc.
State Master This Form is to create states. For instance : Punjab, Uttar Pradesh , Assam etc.
City Master This Form is to create cities. For instance : Ludhiana, Jalandhar, khanna etc.
Division Master This Form is to create divisions. For instance : unit 1, unit 2, unit 3 etc.
Task Category This Form is to create different kinds of tasks. For instance : Daily Task, Weekly task , Monthly task etc.
Customer Master Enter the particlars customer, vendor, expences etc This Form is to create particular customer’s detail, vendor, expenses , taxes, sale vat, purchase vat etc. customers whose data entered in this form are the final customers of the company.
Transaction Forms
Enquiry Generation Entry Create your Enquiry Information Here user can create Enquiry for the customer who has interacted with the company for the first time.
Quotation/Proposal This form is used to send direct quotation from the system after immediate follow up with customers. You can also add n numbers of documents in word, jpeg or excel formats etc.
Follow Up This form is used for immediate follow up to customers upon telephonic conversation. It is also used to set next alert for same customer as reminder when customer provides us the time for next meeting/calls as per their scheduled date.
Close Up This close up entry is a final entry which indicates whether the leads generated by various sources were finalized or cancelled. The status of a lead can be final or cancelled.
Multiple Sending Email CRM This form is used to send Emails to multiple customers category wise. User just need to select particular template of that Email. Also user can set limit of number of rows to send the email.
Sms Client Template Sender Multiple Likewise multiple Emails sender, this form is used to send SMS to multiple category/group wise (eg. Customer, friends, relatives etc. ). For this, User just need to select a sms template and select particular customer group
Service Forms
Customer Service Record form is used to send Emails and Sms to customers about daily services and development.
Customer Feedback Form This form in used record the feedback of customers. The Director of the company can easily monitor the satisfaction level of customers.
Complaint Register This form is used to handle complaints of customers. Emails and sms with complaint matter is delivered to customers automatically. This form also specify that which employee of the company hold that complaint.
Complaint Solution This form is used to inform the customer that their problem has been resolved. For this, user just select the specific complaint from the complaint id and enter the details of the complaint.
Staff Reporting This form is used to handle employees attendance records, Which also consists of work done, time of work, and other requirements
Task Form This form is used to assign task to employee on daily basis or weekly basis.
Customer Reports
Customer List City Wise Report The purpose of this report is to display all customer’s list city wise. User just need to select specific city , then all detail of customers with sno, Party Name, Party Category, Address, City, Phone, Email will automatically displayed.
CRM Parties Reports
Party List of All Parties The purpose of this report is to display all parties’s list. User just need to click open option then all detail of customers with sno, Person Name, Company name, Address, City, Phone, Email will automatically displayed.
Party Follow Ledger The purpose of this report is to display particular party which is continuously followed up and got final. This report display entire useful information of that party like as sno, dated, company , contact Person etc.
Callable Party Employee Wise Report The purpose of this report is to display Employee wise list of all parties detail which are obliged to be contact on particular date. The last column Next_dt depicts that which party is need to call. For instance, this report represents that Emp named Mr. Biplob Dev must call Genius Fabricators on 09 -07 -2016.
Marketing Reports
Enquiry List The purpose of this report is to display list of enquiries fromdate to todate. For example : This report display list of enquiries from 0106 -2016 to 30 -06 -2016.
Daily Offers/Quotation Report The motive of this report is to display daily quotations/Offers by Employee wise and State wise. For example : This report depicts daily quotations of 26 -10 -2016 of Punjab State By Biplob Dev Employee.
Follow Up Report The motive of this report is to display daily follow ups of specific employee.
City Wise Enquiry List The motive of this report is to display city wise enquiry list of all parties fromdate to todate. For instance, This report shows enquiry list of all parties of Ludhiana City from 01 -07 -2016 to 13 -07 -2016.
Party Positioning Status Emp Wise The motive of this report is to display party’s position report that employee send which enquiries, quotations, follow up and close up. This depicts the party’s detail information like sno, dated, vtype, party, contact person, address, city , state etc.
Service Reports
Customer Service Record Report The motive of this report is to display party’s services which are provided to them. Party's record includes sno, vrno, service date, party name, Emp name, Attend type etc.
Callable Customer Service Report This report facilitate party’s records which must by called on particular date. This report shows all description of party like service date, party name, emp name etc. Next contact date determine that user must call to that party on particular that day.
Staff Report The purpose of this report is to display the attendance performance records of each employee. and

Party Positioning Status Datewise The motive of this report is to display party’s position report that employee send how many enquiries, quotations, follow up and close ups. This depicts the total numbers of enquiries, quotations in end of month and displays number of parties which got final and hwo many are ruined.

This depicts the total numbers of enquiries, quotations in end of month and displays number of parties which got final and how many are ruined at the end of year.
