Customer Service Feedback • Private Contractor (Stockton Maintenance) Ø Janitorial service is doing a great job (Pool) Ø Carpets were cleaned April 8 th and bathroom floors were waxed April 22 nd (Tennis) Ø Still not doing a very good job dusting the desks, TV stand, etc. (Tennis) Ø Using too much of cleaning products (Utility Admin) Ø The person responsible for cleaning WTP#3 does a good job
