What are the benefits of using a prepared Curriculum Activity Risk Assessment guideline? • The CARA guidelines are based on current regulations and expert advice. • Each CARA guideline will: – Provide assessed risk levels as a guide – Stipulate the minimum recommendations for the activity – Identify the common hazards – Suggest controls for you to consider • A guideline can be completed electronically, saved, and used as a basis for future risk assessments. The CARA guidelines have been prepared to assist you complete a quality risk assessment.
