Curriculum Evening Primary 7 D Mr Jamie Dougal “Reach your Potential Be the Best you can be”

Introduction Welcome to Primary 7. My name is Mr Dougal and I look forward to teaching your children this year and helping them through their final year at Gorebridge Primary. The class have settled in well to the new routines upon returning to school and its been really positive having the children back in our school building. We have begun by setting up our Class Charter and creating the Classroom atmosphere we want for the year ahead. In addition to this we have begun our Class novel ‘Wonder’, which pupils have been really enthusiastic about. Mrs Stewart will teach the children on a Tuesday morning from 8. 50 am – 11. 40 am to allow for my NCCT. Mrs Meikle will teach the children on a Wednesday morning from 9. 40 am – 12. 10. This is to allow me to carry out my Principal Teacher duties in and around school. If you ever have any queries, feel free to contact me via Seesaw or make a call into the office and I can arrange to call you back at an agreed time. I look forward to meeting and working with you across the course of the year in order to support the class as best as possible. Mr Dougal
