What is CAPP? § CAPP is a software package that interfaces directly with Banner.

What is CAPP? § CAPP is a software package that interfaces directly with Banner. § This tool assists advisors, students, and administrative staff with academic advising and verifying graduation requirements.

How does it work? § The degree requirements for UNC Charlotte academic programs are

How does it work? § The degree requirements for UNC Charlotte academic programs are based on the academic catalog and built by the Office of the Registrar. § CAPP searches through the student record for transfer credit, completed UNCC courses and inprogress courses to determine if a student’s degree requirements have been fulfilled.

How Do I Access CAPP? § Log in to My UNC Charlotte (my. uncc. edu) § Under Academic Resources, click the link for Student Records § Click the link for CAPP Degree Evaluation

Generate a New Evaluation § Always generate a new evaluation so that CAPP accesses

Generate a New Evaluation § Always generate a new evaluation so that CAPP accesses your most current student information (graded courses, schedule changes, etc. )

Generate a New Evaluation § Select the program you want CAPP to evaluate, then

Generate a New Evaluation § Select the program you want CAPP to evaluate, then click the Generate Request button. CAPP will include all majors, minors and concentrations associated with this program.

Detail Requirements § Degree requirements that need to be fulfilled will be indicated with
