Four Factors • Knowledge – cognitive understanding of crosscultural issues and differences. • Interpretive – degree to which one is mindful and aware of interacting cross-culturally. • Perseverance – level of interest, drive, and motivation to adapt cross-culturally. • Behavioral – extent to which one can appropriately change one’s verbal and non-verbal actions when interacting cross-culturally.
