TIPS IN GIVING FEEDBACK • Incorporate the positive (wherever possible) • Not all feedback can be positive – but it can be delivered in a way that allows participants to receive the message • Participant did not comply with course requirements • Participant seriously misunderstood key issues
TIPS IN GIVING FEEDBACK • The feedback and the way it is communicated to the individual are important. • Lasting impact on participants – be aware of: • What you say • How you say it • Think about your tone of voice and body language.

PROVIDING FEEDBACK • Each participant will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the presentations of other colleagues. • Evaluation Criteria: • Was the information correct? • Did the instructor use more than one TLR, and a variety of training methods? • Did the instructor demonstrate an understanding of the material and provide context for its use?
